1. Overview of Services and Disclaimer of Association
FallinBlind.com is a unique online matchmaking service available to users in Canada, America, Australia, Hawaii, and New Zealand. By using the service, users voluntarily provide 100 highly sensitive and private details to enable our matchmaking service, staff and Artificial Intelligence technologies to perform matchmaking operations.
Users (interchangeably referred to as clients, singles, or matches) acknowledge and agree that their data may be shared with potential matches (other users and clients of FallinBlind.com) and utilized to train FallinBlind.com's artificial intelligence technologies in collaboration with OpenAI and its partners. FallinBlind.com reserves the right to share or sell user data in the event of a sale, merger, or partial acquisition of the business, including to all shareholders, successors, or partners of FallinBlind.com. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
By accessing or interacting with FallinBlind.com, its services, partners, or representatives, users (hereinafter referred to as clients, singles, matches, or site visitors) expressly acknowledge and agree that FallinBlind.com is not affiliated, associated, or connected in any way with any other brands, trademarks, individuals, organizations, television shows, or concepts, including but not limited to those protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property laws. Users further agree that their decision to visit the website, use its services, or share information about the brand was not influenced by any perceived or actual association with similar names, concepts, or entities.
FallinBlind.com expressly denies any claims of association or endorsement by any third parties. If users believe they encountered marketing, advertising, or other representations that implied such an association, they must immediately notify FallinBlind.com at [email protected] so corrective action can be taken. 2. User Responsibilities
Users (also known as clients/singles/matches) must fully understand, completely agree with, and meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years old and reside in our approved regions.
- Must always, to the highest degree, respect and not harm other users, clients, matches, or singles met through our services in any shape or form.
- Understand that by using the service, they waive their right to sue FallinBlind.com for any reason or circumstance. This waiver is legally binding.
- Disclose any violent criminal records or convictions by contacting [email protected]. Users with such records are prohibited from using the service, and failure to comply may result in termination of their access and this information being shared with our other users and clients.
- You fully acknowledge and accept that by using our services and interacting with our staff, technologies, systems, and any associated third-party providers (whether explicitly disclosed or not), you do so entirely at your own risk. While FallinBlind.com implements reasonable security measures to protect user data, you understand and agree that no online system can be entirely secure. FallinBlind.com is not liable for any security breaches, unauthorized access, or leaks of your data, whether due to malicious acts, technological limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You fully acknowledge and accept all policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility and Non-Discrimination Statements, and CCPA Rights (if applicable). This includes using third-party providers, artificial intelligence technologies, and proprietary algorithms, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You understand that removing your data from our systems may require a formal written request as detailed in our policies.
- You agree that FallinBlind.com does not guarantee any specific results or matches from its services and that all matchmaking outcomes, user interactions, or data analysis are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FallinBlind.com is not responsible for any dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or damages resulting from your participation in our services or interactions with other users.
- You confirm that all information you provide to FallinBlind.com is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the termination of your access to our services and may void any legal protections or waivers provided by these Terms of Service.
- You agree that FallinBlind.com does not perform background checks, criminal record screenings, or other user verifications. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether online, over the phone, or in person. FallinBlind.com is not liable for any harm, damages, or disputes arising from your interactions with other users or third parties.
- If you are the subject of or a suspect in a criminal investigation, legal inquiry, or other law enforcement-related matter, FallinBlind.com reserves the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing all data we have collected about you, including sensitive and personal information, to assist in investigations. By using our services, you consent to such disclosures and waive any claims against FallinBlind.com for these actions.
3. Accuracy of Information
Users confirm that all information provided in their application is truthful and accurate. Any misrepresentation, including false disclosure of criminal records, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the service.
As FallinBlind.com does not provide a user portal for editing application details, users must contact [email protected] to update their information.
4. Fees and Subscriptions
FallinBlind.com charges $100 for an application, which includes one successful match. A successful match is defined as an agreement between two matched users to connect via phone call.
To purchase additional matches or upgrade to a subscription, users may contact [email protected]. VIP subscriptions cost $200 USD per month and include up to four successful matches per month.
Users acknowledge that payments are non-refundable, and FallinBlind.com does not guarantee any specific outcomes. By paying, users waive their right to dispute charges or claim misunderstandings.
5. Notifications
FallinBlind.com will notify users of any updates to these Terms of Service via the email address provided during registration. It is the userβs responsibility to ensure that emails from [email protected] are not marked as spam or junk mail.
6. Governing Law
FallinBlind.com is incorporated in Canada and operates under Canadian law. All disputes or claims will be resolved in accordance with Canadian legal jurisdiction.
